i reinstalleda my pc, i have all patches installed but voobly keeps looking for hd instalation and not the compatibility patch
when i click on a room it disconnects

on the game diagnostics says
Non-DirectPlay game path is 'c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Age2HD'
Verifying 'ebueulax.dll' exists...
ebueulax.dll was not found in its proper place.

Your version of the game is not compatible with Voobly.

You must install the most recent 1.0c compatibility pack for Age2HD

Click Yes to have Voobly install the patch for you.

Hello can you follow these steps below,

1. Please disable your firewall/antimalware or allow Voobly+AoC Through.
2. Please follow the clean install (Proper way to do this) Click Here
3. Restart your computer then run Voobly/Game as administrator

If you done these steps correctly you won't get a game diagnostics pop up and you'll be able to join/host without Voobly crashing.
