Aoe - When host, game won't launch

Hi, everything is fine when I am NOT host and others launch. The problem I have is when I am host, I cannot launch, even when I am the only one in the room. I just get the "starting game" screen and it shuts down.

When I do click on "enable single player menu" I do get to the menu, its just when thats unchecked and it should launch into the multiplayer rm that shuts down. I noticed this about 10 days ago, before I didn't have any problems. Only thing new I can think of is the Windows 10 April's update but I cannot say if it stopped working since then.

se if uninstalling the update or restoring to an earlier version cures it.

I dont think that would be the problem honestly, are there any known issues perhaps?

As kitt said above. Try that please. If it worked before the Update it's something to do with the Update possibly.
