when i start my voobly, my "voobly messenger" that starts the first always is saying the same message for ages(the one in the headline of this topic), i don't know how to fix this

Make sure Voobly is not blocked by your firewall/antivirus and you run the client in admin mode at UAC.

If does not help, then try a clean client installation:
