Unfair defeat - Delete a game

I do not know if it's possible, but I would like to ask you if you can cancel an "unfair" defeat.

I'll explain; in one of my first matches, I tried to reinstall voobly, but the game started completely buggy: "streched" resolution (I only saw 1/4 of the normal view, no minimap etc.) and it was simply unplayable. So I resigned after a few seconds. Thinking it worked like it was on Steam, I did not think I could lose my score if I had resigned before a minute of play.

Is it possible to "cancel" this defeat?
