Now read that, since that's 100% my problem, i'm pretty much no different than hist situation apart from one extra unrelatable thing: i was first having some fp problems lately, so i decided to port forward 16000 on my router, which worked like a charm,

There are some ****ty antiviruses that force block some programs to convince u to purchase the activation for them. check if u have on like that and see if it works.
