Can´t start game with v.1.5 Beta R6 Patch

Hello guys,

every time i launch a game with the v.1.5 Beta R6 Patch there comes an Error which says: "Could not initialize graphics system. Make sure that you video card and driver are compatible with DirectDraw."
With the 1.4. RC Patch its working fine. I have 64 bit Windows 10 on my Laptop.

Somebody knows how to solve this Problem?
