Black Screen Despite Rendering in 32 bits

Hi, I am having trouble opening the game and entering matches. When the game starts I see a black screen and then it automatically exits and shows desktop. When I press it again same thing happens. I run in 32 bit colors and have set everything according to these settings https://support.voobly.com/display/vkb/KB1059+Render+in+32-bit+color

hi
upgrade your operating system to the latest patches etc for example if you were running xp you need to upgrade to service pack3.
as you have been playing ok, whats changed on the pc? any updates, drivers etc?
completely off of voobly does the same thing happen?
in a single player game on voobly use options to set the display to 800x600 and then see.
