No clue what is happening with my client, i tried uninstall and re-install still the same problem, guide me with the fix.

as you were ok, what has changed on the pc? new router, new ISP, new operating system, installed a new game/apps etc.
if you have any mods installed, uninstall them for the time being. does your game run ok completely off of voobly?

Nothing has changed man , Yes my game runs completely cool without voobly and i can watch games in voobly as well , it's just the stupid error, don't know what directory it's talking about :/

He can´t download anything from the client for some reason.
Voobly isn´t patching the game, he can play OK with 1.0c.
There´s something blocking Voobly from modifying files in his pc imo.
