If you are making a alternative section ,pls make sure to add TD2 team bonus V3 ,because i see more TD2 games than bloods.It would be wrong to not add it in a cs tourney.Else make it a bloods tourney.
Just like the previous TIW's, clans will be asked to find an accommodation regarding which time they can play each other. Believe me there was various times agreed. But of course there will be a cut off time if an accommodation cant be found, but ideally you will be able to find common ground with any clan you might play.

but we prefer TIW to be hosted in mid april or later
