If what you want to say is that if each clan has to play 3 bo3 (1v1 2v2 4v4) and assuming that 8 clans are registered, that would be 21 bo3 in total (7 for each clan) you are right.
In addition, they are a maximum of 8 players, so while 4 play 4v4, 2 can play 2v2 and 1 can play 1v1, all players will see how to manage their time in case they know that X player can not attend the next day.
Ideally, all games should be on Saturdays and on Sundays few games should be completed.

Yeah the idea is good as its basically a run off from the TIW which CS has been missing for a while now but what you are hoping for and suggesting is way too ambitious for CS honestly.. thats a lot of games and at times it was even hard enough to schedule with one clan over a weekend for a few games but you'd want people to schedule with many over that time instead.

They are only 8 players per clan at most, a clan can easily be represented by 4 players in case the rest can not be presented. And I am very sure that many clans with good players will choose the best 8 and the rest of the players of that clan will open another and create their own team, I am very convinced that this will happen

Dont think you realize what you're asking clans to do in a pretty inactive period of time for CS right now (as far as anything outside of CB's go)
Dios man, si es por acumulación de puntos se deben jugar los 3; si tu dices que se pueden poner de acuerdo para negociar el 3er match, es Mentira que algún clan se dejará perder 2,3,4 puntos porque los puede necesitar al final, y menos con la rivalidad de hoy en día, lo que tienes que afincarte es en el traspaso de puntos o negociación por clanes "amigos" y ya.

No podrá ser "this week" porque así va a ser mas caótico ver como uno dice que puede el día A y el otro diciendo dia B y que no pueden otros días, por eso mismo lo coloco Sábado y domingo y en casos extremos el lunes, entre menos dias de margen tengan mas presionados se verán, además yo no tendré tiempo para estar de host helper entre semana, y ellos son los que se tienen que acomodar a mi horario. Si se hacen los locos en algunas mapas se les planifica el juego para el dia siguiente o X dia en la semana que yo pueda estar, si un equipo no se presenta se coloca forfeit, y si ninguno de los 2 se presentan pasan la ronda 0-0.
Ya yo coloqué los horarios, a partir de los Habados 12:00GMT tendrán su chance de jugar y enviarme los datos hasta el domingo a las 12:00GMT, en caso de que un 1v1 (por ejemplo) no se pueda dar yo se lo pospongo a el lunes.

It is not 1 day only, it is 2 days and in cases of very difficult conditions one or 2 sets can be lengthened on the third day.
