so i moved into voobly , and i got the hd hotkeys file into the voobly profile
im trying to change the hotkey of create control group , and i see a diffarent
key in the hotket editor , but only ctrl + 6 is creating the group 6 , no matter what i define ,
tried voobly tech support and they said to come here .. they also says it works for them, any thoughts?

I know what your problem is, and have a fix!

If u import the HD hotkeys to your Voobly settings it shows the hotkeys for creating groups in the hotkey-menu. But the are not working correctly. This is because the original AoC did not support changing these hotkeys for creating/selecting groups (by default this is Ctrl + 1, Ctrl + 2 etc). But if u had for example Alt + 1 for creating group 1 in your HD hotkeys, creating group in Voobly is not working, and u can't change it!

You have to do these steps:

1. Go to: [You must login to view link] and import your current hotkey's from the HD folder (for example: player1.hki)
2. Edit this file with this website and save it to the AoC format (you see the creating/selecting group keys are 'disabled')
3. Follow the instructions to save it in your Voobly map under the correct name (for example: player1.hki)

Now if u start the game and open your hotkey's menu the creating and selecting group are not shown anymore but set correctly to default (Ctrl + 1, Ctrl + 2, ....) and more important: the will work.
