i have compatible issues . i tried to fix it from folder options ---> compablity --> Xp service pack 3 but nothing.
the messge that shows up is " could not intialize graphics system, Make sure that your video card and drivers are compatible with DrirecDraw" i went to intel to update my cpu card and find that is up to date

I am not from the tech team, but maybe this can help.

Open a game room, click on second tab called “Game” and use exactly the same settings as in the picture in this link:

Then click on the start at Single Player Menu and test if this helped.

Most likely it will work, if not you could re-install your graphics driver, restart pc and try again, if still don’t work, well, ask again…
