Hello! I play the game Age Of Empires 2. It only works for me on the 1.5 patch. But the mouse has a little input delay in the game. So I checked the option "Enable Microsoft window cursor in game". The problem is that it just places the normal windows cursor on top of the laggy in game cursor. My question is... How can I remove the in game cursor to only see the windows one that doesn't have the delay on it? I think it has something to do in the windows regedit.

Yes, I'm on windows 10. The thing is uninstalled. I have bought and I'm using the Steam HD version 1.5 patch. I can tell my PC is not too old for this game in case you were wondering (:

You can tick the option called [You must login to view link]" in the Game room tab
and test if it increases performance.

Windows mouse cursor in-game:

Go to this registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\DirectPlay\Applications\Age of Empires II The Conquerors Expansion

Go to command line:
Edit the value to be NormalMouse. Press save.
