I would do it like this:

Start Open broadcaster software and click on start recording (monitor1 when you have more then 1 monitor), then launch game, when game finished click on stop recording and you have a video file. With me it's a flv file, but if needed, you can convert flv to mp4...

But, maybe there is a more easy way...

You can't take a recorded game file (.mgz) and convert it to a .mp4 file. Record the game with OBS instead like kwin suggested.

I think youtube accepts flv format but for editing softwares it's going to be a problem indeed.
Luckily OBS Studio can remux FLVs to MP4 as a built-in feature. Just go to File > Remux recordings, select your FLV, and click Remux to convert them quickly to MP4.

I never had that problem so I have no idea...
Maybe you can fix it with changing your voobly settings but thats just a guess...
Did you try streaming? If you have same problem with streaming, search in the streaming forum for solution...

Edit.
Maybe try with these settings:
