I don't know this new patch but you don't want to play celt wars without a patrol delay like 1.0c or else if you try to play with the 1.4 patrol you won't be able to repatrol out of runners that drag your units away. It's good that we can chose which patrol to use in game.
here is the dilemma, 1.4rc or 1.5r4? 1.4rc which it's most commonly used and running well but also some ppl prefers to use 1.5r4 because they have lack of fps with their pc and the game run more fastly and smoothly with this patch.

Most of the games are yet played on 1.4RC so basically let it be that way.
