CBA is so dead i don't thinks theres gonna be more then a couple of players, its more interesting to make tourneys accordingly to what is active and popular at the time.
In expert level games, yes. A trebuchet spawns every 30 minutes and lets be honest. You can kill a trebuchet easily with a few tarkans and barely any sacrifices before it reaches your base.

Actually It depends on time zone of player hosting as it will go too much late for me if I start sign ups at 5pm GMT.
So it will be as it is , Tournament will start at 4 PM GMT and sign ups will remain open 1-2 hours before start of tournament.
