Hi, my connection with looby is so slow. It take fwe minutes.

I tried also with browser but coudn't fix it

ANy help?

Run a speedtest on [You must login to view link] and share the results with us.

Try restarting your router/ modem and see if it makes a difference. From what you have explained it seems like a temporary issue. See if you are having the exact same problem round the clock (every time you connect) or if its just a rare occurrence.
