It has happened 3 times this week already where a player has just left the game and I don't receive points. It's like they know there is a problem with Voobly and they exploit it. Everytime when they should resign they leave the room and I receive a Voobly message saying "Game was not rated. Reason: Game was not finished." So all three times when I am winning they are able to drop out of the game and the game doesn't recognize it as a loss or win. BTW these are rated games. It is all I play and all the time at the end the player has already left the room.

Can someone fix this issue as it is becoming more common and I am not sure how they do it but they are killing the whole rating system.

When the game starts do not press the resume lobby button, especially if it was a 1v1 game. If you hit the button and your opponent drops, you are likely to be left with an unrated game.
