Hello,

Thanks for an awesome community.

I just played a game, which I lost, and it looks like my stats are not updated in Voobly. My rating is still 1200 as well.

I wonder what the problem could be?

I'm running AOE/AOC II through PlayOnMac / Wine-Staging.

Hi there,

Here are a few reasons:

1. The game you played was unrated. If you are the host of a game room, you can click on settings in your game room and select the appropriate ladder. (Example: RM-Beginners)

2. The host used a map that is not supported by the ladder.

3. The game was not completed. Either the game crashed or it was saved before any player/ team could be declared victorious.
