I like the idea, but I agree with the other guy: it should be 3 classes (especially as >19+ seems too high)

18+ seems to be the point where players get good (same in RM, anyone 18+ is considered a legit pro), so maybe 16+ to 18+ seems like a really good intermediate class, and sub 1600 a good beginner class
