problema con voovly direc play

bueno el problema es el siguiente yo baje todo instale todo bien pero me dice que vaya a la ruta y que active el direct play, resulta que lo tengo activado, entonces lo desactivo se desinstala abro otra ves voovly se baja el direct play se instala y sigue tirando este error

which operating system are you using? does your game run ok off of voobly?
as you have been ok, what changed on the pc?

Hi
You can try removing DirectPlay (Control Panel -> Programs -> Turns Windows features on or off -> Legacy Components -> DirectPlay)
