Hello I played a game and I cant open the record...... I downloaded it but the file doesn't open?

How did you try to open it? It's not a video file that can be played, but rather a set of commands that were issued during the game, so you need the game to play a recording. You can do that on Voobly by greating a game room, going into the game room settings and select the recording in the "watch recording" submenu.

Another option is to start the game in singleplayer and to select the recording from the single player menu.
