I think it is pretty cool and I would really like to see it implemented to Voobly, perhaps even adding more popular board games in the future aswell?

Can we get the board pieces in AOE style? like villager for foot-soldier, paladin for a knight. Plus, game taunts. Long time ago, on windows 95 98, there used to be a game called Batchess, where pieces use to fight on the square. It used to be funny. Though I never saw any other chess game doing that. Maybe we can have these aoe styled pieces fight as well.
Just floating my ideas

I would love to see chess and checkers/draughts on voobly and spoke about this with torm a while bk. Let me know how i can help as id love to run some kind of tourney for a start. Im a little rusty at chess but dont think id take long to get back up to steam, regarding checkers/draughts id like to take this opportunity to challenge whoever to a few friendly games. Feel free to pm me and we can arrange it
