i recently changed my ISP to a 4G connection and faced the symmetric nat problem. i tried to port forward it through the router but still didn't work because the ISP uses symmetric nat over my router(router wan ip is not my public ip) . therefore i tried using a VPN and tested tunnelbear i got a good stable internet connection but the client cant connect to the servers and gives the error:
Network Connection Error [Code: 10000005].
can anybody help me out with whats wrong here.

not sure these is much we can do as this is a phone rather than a dsl or cable connection.
