When I use 1 line internet, it's not fp but when i use 2 line internet, it's fp. It's a game room (40 computers).

Not sure if I understand it right, but do you mean when you play with just one pc all is ok, but when you use 2 computers to play on voobly in the same network you get the fp?

If that is the case you have to change the nat port of the computers that are playing, I mean they should not duplicate, one pc uses the 16000, the next one 16001 and so on.
