Here is the Voobly Official Stream Schedule which includes casting of ongoing tournaments.(http://www.voobly.com/pages/view/932/Official-Voobly-Stream-Schedule)
The VCOM Tournament Calendar appears to have gone AWOL. I'll get it back.
There are also a number of upcoming tournaments that I'm sure would benefit from having a caster/streamer. Unfortunately, I can't really give you any up to date information for the RM/DM scene but it's definitely worth checking AoCZone regularly for streaming opportunities. If you're interested in CS events, please don't hesistate to get in touch with me - we are sorely in need of streamers for everyday games as well as upcoming tournaments (Lustful Encounters - May, Khans (June?!, CBA+Hero July-August).
If you need help setting up your stream/optimising it/making use of the latest updates etc. please post here (http://www.voobly.com/forum/view/93790) or message Events_Genette who has kindly offered to help get the best out of your stream. He is quite the authority on all things streaming and I strongly urge you to check in with him (even if your stream is working fine). Genette is also responsible for organising the Voobly official channel timetable.

That doesn't appear to have been updated for more than 3 years. The player/streamer names are so out of date it isn't funny 11.

I would delete it.
First of all welcome back mate
From CS side at the moment only RCB League is running by nhoobish. Other than that a few might come up in near future hopefully. For now you can continue with normal CS games streams if you like
