are you using the hd version? [is the compatibility patch installed]
does the game itself run ok completely off of voobly?

my game runs completly
its just wheni installed voobly this happened

make sure your game and voobly are installed like this depending on your operating system:
XP/ Vista/ Win7/Win10.32 bit:
C:Program files/Microsoft Games/Age Of Empires11/
C:Program files/voobly

Vista/ W7/ W8/ Win10. 64 bit.
C:Program files[86]/Microsoft Games/Age Of Empires11/
C:Program files[86]/voobly
