no puedo conectarme a voobly

En la pantalla inicial donde se introduce el nombre de usuario y contraseña, al ponerlos correctamente salta un mensaje '' Se ha perdido la conexión con el servidor. Reconectando en 30 segundos.'' tras acabar estos segundos no se soluciona y vuelve a salir el mismo mensaje una y otra vez.

Desde la parte superior del lobby, las opciones, hacer el juego y los diagnósticos de red y mostrar aquí en su totalidad.
¿Ha permitido el juego / voobly a través de su firewall de PC y anti-virus? ¿Estás usando la versión HD?

kit! Hace tiempo que quiero entrar a una sala de AOE y el cliente de Voolby deja de reponder con un mensaje "crash". Podrías ayudarme? Mi OS es Win10 64 y probé con AOC y HD pero mismo error, aunque a este ultimo se suma el no encontrar la ruta del juego
