One of the winners of the RCB 2v2 tournament has requested premium + badge are placed on his other account. The Protocol states premium can only be given to the account that signed-up but can exceptions be made? Also no mention about badges but presumably follows in the same way

You make a new thread for each tournament, but such threads are only visible to the creator and higher ups who actually award the badges/premiums

Personally as long as it is the same player, who just has multiple well known accounts it isnt an issue, meaning, as long as they aren't handing them out to their friends. But if they have 1 account that already ha badges, new badges should continue to be added to that one

Saying that, it is a hell of a lot easier giving the badges+premiums to the accounts that signed up. As soon as the Grand Final is played can make the request thread, rather than waiting 2-3 weeks for everyone to decide which account they want to put it on.

Prizes and Badges have been awarded to different different accounts in past in CS as well as RM events as there were no rules regarding it. But now we have that VCOM Protocol which states that only signed up account to be awarded and thats the best imo .
