Can only access game browser using VPN

I have tried everything but the voobly fails to establish any connection to game browser however when I use hotspot shield(a VPN) I can play without any problems has voobly banned my ip?

Can you try restarting your router/ modem once.

Also clear your DNS cache. If you are frequently switching between your connection and the VPN, clearing the DNS cache should help.
