well the current situation of CS is quite bad with very less turnover for any good discussion. Most of the discussion fall out in just personal wars. From the tournament side there is very less interest left in tournaments as reviewed from forums.

So upto what i see about THE TINY CS Community is to give them what they like and so thinking of again a CBA/CBA Hero tournament 2v2 .
Well this is just a personal opinion of giving what people they want so that this tiny community can be peaceful and welcome others with a bit good attitude
Reagarding TiW I dont have much info about what going about that ^^
The poll has only CBA 2v2 written keep it as CBA/Hero as i can't edit it again
