sometime scheduling bo3 goes horrible and scheduling bo5 for both teams is suicide for the host
that's why clan should arrange a night like sunday night sat night when they can all play all games, like a standard tournament; wouldn't take much longer

No no as majority of cs players play bloods so let's make it a bloods tourney with random 1v1/2v2/3v3/4v4 then individually all blood maps so eot can get a Chace to get to finals and loose vs 7th again . If tourney gonna happen with 80% of bloods then don't count it as cs-overall tourney , a simple logic says that the ratio should be equally divided among CBS , bloods and alternative maps.

The problem with adding more cb maps is that nobody will try and add mcb store/classic/excal or other variants of rcb or anything that isnt CBA/hero . It'll be CBA V14 CBA V15 etc etc , same map duplicated a bunch of times .
It'd be a good idea for army to be more specific about the total # of maps > # of cb/alternative/blood maps and then have us all vote for say 5-6 cb maps 10-12 bloods and 3-4 alternative maps and pick the most popular ones .
