RTS-Sanctuary is offline. I haven't been able to access it since Thursday 13/10/16. BlackAdder and I talked about this problem and, while it should be fixed according to him, it still doesn't work and we don't know why. I know that the few other people I know who also have this problem live in the UK, but that might just be a coincidence and perhaps people living elsewhere have this issue as well.

Here is what it says using Chrome and IE.

loads for me but slowly and im in the uk. but as nothing seems to have been done since 2014, not much use.

main page loads loads extremely slowly. others pages show cloud fair

The problems seem to be concentrated to some countries like UK, looks like also Israel, and possibly others - that it works for someone means little as far as other users go :-/
