When the game has just started and im trying to make houses and that, the game is really slow. Its the same online and offline so i dont think its a connection issue. My connection is generally very good, my PC is too.

Also when i join someone lobby, i cant click on anything for about 2 or 3 seconds.

It's the same for everyone, take a look at this for example.
I belive it is due to the map rendering?.. I don't think anything can be done in order to prevent it.

Same when you host a game room for the first time. It is related to the server (if I'm not mistaken) and hopefully it will be resolved in the future.
