i have problem to log in voobly for almost 1 week with error: 'Network Connection Error [Code: 10000005]. Connection errors are typically caused by a temporary server outage, a firewall, or a problem with your internet connection. If it's been a long time since you've connected to Voobly it's recommended that you redownload the client from the website."
i have searched and try some advises here but can not fix.
Please help me.
Thanks.
Try the following one after the other (check if you are able to connect at each step, if not, then move to the next step and continue checking further).
1. Check with your ISP to see if they have any issues with their DNS servers
2. Restart your router/ modem and your computer once
3. Disable any antivirus/ firewall programs that you may be using (anything at all)
4. Uninstall your security applications (antivirus/ firewall/antimalware etc)
5. Please follow the steps mentioned here to perform a clean installation of the Voobly client
http://support.voobly.com/display/vkb/KB1053+Clean+installation+of+Voobly+client
6. Finally check your hosts file to see if there is any deny rule preset for Voobly.
If all of the above has failed, upload your log files (Voobly.txt and Voobly (1).txt). You will find these files in your Voobly directory.
