Even if i login, do an update, logout, i have to download an update again.. Also my hotkeys reset every time i do the update.

hi
try uninstalling voobly and then remove any folders from C:program files/vooby
or
C;program files[86]/voobly
reboot the pc.
reinstall voobly and try.
