i dunno how you ranked the teams but to me it seems like the bottom bracket is stacked with like 8 of the top 10 teams, but oh well.

* ok 8 is overstating but ya, if its randomly seeded it will certainly make it wierd.

How about a losers bracket?
That way you can keep the brackets like they are but still make them more fair.
