How do people usually go about joining vcom to host a tournament?

I joined under unusual circumstances because blake wanted an IPL themed tournament, and I added in Kigo for the npl 1v1 arena tournament because I was told to (and i know him), but don't know how it should be done for random people.

This is sparked by a random asking me how to join vcom for a tournament he wants to do

For temporary hosts I rather insist to assign Temporary Hosts Ranks to players and then kicking them out after tournament otherwise we will get 50 ppl

Better ask the NPL Leads (Blake) Regarding any future events as i dont think he allows easy (Previouse records with me )

In between We got too many tournaments for now so better dont allow ore tournaments for sometime or don't recruit people.
