Before the start of Tournament I would like to make something clear.

• If there is a lag problem You are required to take a screen shot both in game Room and in Game and message it to VCOM Host(s). An Game Room Example : You can access it by typing /ping In game room.

• Match Submission
  Matches should be submitted as a reply in your Scheduling Cum Submission thread which will be made in the below link http://vooblycommittee.voobly.com/forum/view/91731.
  Search for your thread and submit after it is made.
  
  
• All the information regarding a players match and opponent will be individually to players in their inbox.
  
  
• There can't be practice matches btw the opponents of a round. Games should be full and final as someone made a drama in last tournament saying he was just practicing with opponent
  
  
• The civi will be same for Round 1 and Qualifiers. You will know after brackets are up.

Isn't both gonna get the same ping? I mean the lagger and the non one will get same ss?

What if all players were indians?

Both of them can complain then and surely the obvious lagger will know himself and then I will Investigate. otherwsie there is no other way.
