A CBA Hero Infantry tournament (1v1) is going to be organised in the month of August 2016. Below are the required information and the dates of the tournament. It will be a 1v1 tournament which will be running for few weeks.

Round Settings
All rounds until the Semifinals and Finals are Best of 3 Games Round 1 : Celt , Japanese and Aztecs Round 2 : Goth , Vikings and Byzantines Round 3 : Japanese , Celt and Goth
Semifinals are best of 5 games.
Celt , Japanese , Aztecs , Goth , Vikings
Winners Final and Losers Final are Best of all above infantry.
Rules
Dropping and Lag rules
If a player disconnects, the game will be resumed.
If the game cannot be resumed we will try to view the recorded game. If one player/team was going to win without any doubt they will be awarded the win. If there was no obvious winner then the game will be replayed with the exact same settings.
If the same player constantly disconnects, they/their team will forfeit and the other player/team will progress to the next round. The exception to this rule is if the tournament has not progressed past the first round. A replacement can then be added to the offending team.
If a player is causing unplayable lag and can clearly be proven as the sole cause of the lag then that player may be disqualified.
Pausing rules
Each team/player can pause once in game for a total of 5 minutes. Other players are not allowed to unpause until they are sure that that everyone has returned. Any player who has paused for longer than this period, without the permission of the other player/team, will be asked to unpause or an admin win will be granted to the other player/team.
Players who repeatedly unpause before the 5 minutes is up will cause an admin win to be granted to the other player/team.
A pause will be allowed to exceed 5 minutes if the player if communicating with a tournament organizer.
Camping Rules (Cancelled)
Running All through the map and evading clash just to delay play is not allowed.
Luring Enemy troops from mid to very near your base and then fighting is not allowed.
Getting inside the base and locking it after getting 200/300/400 Kills are not allowed until or unless you are out numbered. That is Deliberatley evading fight to assure a win.
If you have clashed the groups , then you cant retreat after getting 200/300/400 Kills until you are out numbered. probably when you are losing that patrol.
Getting inside base to prevent fight is allowed only after imperial age if you got early.
In case someone yet camps , the player can resign and then contact Admins to review. And VCOM rulings will be final.
VCOM Hosting Rules
Any rule may be changed by the tournament organizers on or before the night.
All rulings by the official VCOM tournament organizer are final.

There can't be perfect lag rules As in Game lag can't be checked in my opinion.
Lag rule only persists for unplayable lag created by any player.
In case of temporary lag The complaining person should take a screenshot shot of Ping of Player in game screen and further I or any other admin will investigate over that player.

well, we should know whats allowed then. if somebody runs back to base after reaching 200/300/350/400 kills, would that be allowed? (inside base i mean, to avoid any type of fighting)
if so, there might be terrible games, winning with a 1-kill lead and stuff like that.

I think some of those rules need tweaking. Unless I misunderstood, after getting 200/300/350/400/500 kills you say that once units are fighting, you have to commit to the fight until you're losing the fight in which case you can retreat. Hit and run is part of the game and provoking your opponent into making mistakes by feinting etc is also part of the game. Controlling multiple groups of units and utilising them in an effective manner is a skill displayed by the very best players and is often the difference in extremely close high quality games. I do understand that it is hard to come up with rules that will fit all cases but if I may I do have a suggestion. Most camping comes between the 0-200 kill stage, if a large proportion of those 200 kills comes from the 10 kill mid bonus, most likely that game will have involved extreme camping. As the tournament progresses I imagine camping will be less prevalent since the good players don't usually resort to such cheap tricks. I've already seen a few games decided by camping

Running back after reaching 200/x kills even when winning a fight is fine imo, but you should be forced to stay outside of the base if you are leading kills/pop, so that the other player has a chance to catch up, he has to fight vs more pop already anyways then.

Running back after reaching 200/x kills even when winning a fight is fine imo, but you should be forced to stay outside of the base if you are leading kills/pop, so that the other player has a chance to catch up, he has to fight vs more pop already anyways then.
