Announcement
It is a great time to make a preleminary announcement of Europe 2v2 Tournament in which we hope for the participation of all NPL and CS lobby Average and Good Players. The tournament will be held a few time afterwards but before that we would likely be promoting the europe map in NPL and CS lobby. So its the time to have some fun Europe games in Match stat ladders of NPL and CS lobby and make All people aware of this RM style CS map. Sign Ups and Quality of Players
It will be a 2v2 tournament but each team must sign up with names of three players in their team. Players having more rate than 1700 in RM lobby can't take part. We will be promoting in NPL lobby as well to the average players.
If a larger than expected number of players join, we may consider bumping up to 3v3.
If a very large amount of people sign up to play, Icey has agreed to donate $1 for every player that plays in the tournament( must be atleast 30 players ) Strategy Guides

I think you are really limiting yourself with that <1700 rm thing......why wouldn't you want rmers to come challenge cs players?

17+ rm does not translate into a great euro player.
<1700 RM thing is just an initiation for the new comers. If we gonna get good support we will be good to change. I thought some CSers could have problems with RM pros coming their way but from your view doesnt seems legit. ^^
100% agree with what Dave said already. Restricting rating to 1700 or lower basically disallows Cena - sU - Kylar - Recon & Probably some other well known europers as well.
