<Unable to use UDP port 16000 (most likely the port is in use). You may only be in a one NAT Traversal enabled room at a time. You can change the port used by NAT Traversal in the "NAT Traversal" panel in settings>

& everyone shows as FP
in all game rooms

I assume that you're also playing on GR. If so then as per NAT technology you cannot use the same port simultaneously for two or more applications. therefore you must have to use different port in your Voobly client NAT-Traversal settings (i.e. 27000).
