Stop making your tournament a joke. It is not against any rules to be in multiple teams. Not following rules, keeping people out that dont break any rule.
Why even have a rules page if you dont follow it up yourself as admin?
I'm just supplying teams with a substitute if they lack players in case of a holiday or other urgent reasons why they cant play.
