The Voobly CS Committee is a group of players within VCOM who will work to improve the CS community. In a form of discussion either a compromise or a consensus will be reached to determine the course of action to be taken. The main voice and bulk of the decision making will be done by the players nominated for the council, a group of seven players selected by the rest of VCOM.


To give the community a say in the direction of the CS lobby by creating a place for legitimate debate and the sharing of ideas.

• Nomination by five people in the community
  This does not grant you instant access, but does make you a candidate for VCOM membership.
  
• Nominated as a representative by your clan, which must have at least five active members
  Current tournament hosts are not counted as representatives.
  
• Appointed by majority vote of council members
