Voobly unplugging and giving error 1000001

hello good afternoon, I'm having trouble keeping my conexion with Voobly this unplugging direct but only when I'm trying to play it when I get to espctador it not disconnect there is giving error 10000001 all the time already opened the doors in the released firewall modem to modem restarted ja modem but nothing is falling adinta always someone can help me since ja thank attention

First, Have you tried, restarting pc, modem, reinstalling voobly?
since when this problem started?
what OS your using?
some anti-virus have bulti-in firewall, have u tried to allow it there too?
do you use any program that changes your ip-address? such as vpn?
