Hi,

When I start a game on voobly, the game starts minimized on the taskbar, but if I try to open it (clicking on the taskbar) the screen goes black for a second and then goes back to the desktop. The game is still minimized and if I click it again, the same happens.

->Everything worked fine until today.

->Yes, Voobly and AoE 2 Afrikan kings are installed properly, following the guidelines.

->Yes, I have installed the compatibility patch for AoC HD.

->Yes, I have tried reinstalling Voobly, the game itself and the compatibility patch again, but it did not work.


Does anybody have a solution for this problem?

Did this happen when you installed the African kingdoms? , what else changed that could have possibly affected this (system upgrade hardware/software ?)
Please run the Game diagnostics tool in the game lobby (top left in lobby click Options-Game diagnostics)
and copy and paste result here or make a screenshot.
Make sure the game .exe shortcut is set to run as Administrator.(does it work fine offline or on Steam?)
Make sure the game room settings are configured like the file I attached in attachments.
Please let us know if you still have any issues
