Using a technicolor tg582n. Always getting 2 or 3 fp's every game, always kicked. Can't get a game.

Hi,

Have you done "Port Forwarding" on your Router for Voobly NAT-T Port (16000 UDP)?

Yes the port has been forwarded.

Okay fine.

1. Could you please attach screenshots of your Router: Port Forwarded settings?
2. Are you using any Antivirus program on your system? if so make sure add exclusion list for Voobly.exe program file on it.

*Make ensure your computer's private IP Address of LAN (IPV4) matches your port forwarded rule.

If you still experience the same result, then try our recommended NAT-T Port: 27000 - UDP.

Let's start from there!

I'm using avast basic for antivirus but they offer no firewall capabilities. I've gone through windows firewall to allow Voobly also. Looks like I might have to try NAT-T port 27000. That the same process?
