Question about a mod idea

Hello, i was wondering if it already existed (didn't found anything yet) or if is it possible to create a spectator mod which allows you to rewind or jump foward and backwards recordings. I think that would be very useful for people as me who try to get better by watching records. Thank you!

that's not possible because of how the record game in the game works
it records all the actions the player did and then tells the AI in the record to copy them
it must be sequential, there's no logic in jumping forward in the record because the subsequent actions are undefined.
