"Could not find game installation directory -- please join a lobby and run game diagnostics" this massage pops up when i try to enter the lobby. But when i run game diagnostics it shows everything is running properly. What can i do please help me. and also in network diagnostics it showed connection error. i did everything voobly asked me to do. I played this game perfectly few months back than this kind of problem started occurring. Please help me out asap. Thank you in advance.

That is your default Web browser (Chrome) related issue. so, please try download your Voobly Mods via Internet Explorer.

i tried downloading the mods from internet explorer and even uninstalled other browsers. it still won't work. same massages pops up.

click "choose" then find the game exe and select it.

nope it still won't work. voobly game diagnostics can detect my game, it shows everything is fine and it has got my exe file. the problem is it can not get updates. I don't why this is happening, I am guessing it can be a problem of my laptop, but again it runs other games. If you can give me any more suggestions. i'll gladly appreciate.

uninstall any mods you have. reboot the pc. make sure your game works ok on voobly, then try to install just one mod and see if ok.
