Ok guys i need you to keep this mature and discuss when you would like to play the games. If a compromise cant be met then all remaining games must be played on the 17th of January at 6pm gmt. Admin wins may be given but lets not get to that point and just play your games and hopefully come to compromise when will suit. Simply let it be known when it suits you between now and the 17th of January a time and date and dont forgot all games need to be played in the vcom lobby and use the TIW ladder.
The only difference is the 1v1 and 2v2 sections will be done on a best of 3 basis. So you will have one home pick each and a random decider to decide who gets the point.
To avoid a waste of time and hassling with vetos it is advised for everyone to pick the maps beforehand and send them to Frankie. This way he will publish the map list before the games are played and vetos, if used will be used in advance and a more refined map list will be made.
Picking the maps now and not just before the game will help both teams to practise and improve in the maps there opponent picked and to play some competitive and fun games. It will also help both teams to veto there worst map or opponent's best map.
Map picks can be done now and posted now, yes alternatively you can post them an hour before the games or even send them to me. If another one of the vcom tournament host mods or admins is online to assist you if im not there you can also send the maps to them and they will post them. They will also be helping run the tournament and assist you with map picks, vetos and questions. One of us will try and be there as the option if you want to send them to us to post them together but it is preferable if you post them yourselves.
It is important to note that it isnt just me who will be assisting with map picks as I wont be there for every match so look for the admin there to assist. One hour before the games is the deadline for map picks to be given or posted though we would prefer and this applies to everyone if you can sort map picks, vetos etc out in advance of the day games are played. The option is there to keep your map picks to the day of the games however. Thank you
